It’s a free, no-pressure consultation to check out the gym, talk through your goals with a coach, and see which option (group classes, personal training, or 24/7 access) fits you best.

Group training follows a shared program in a small class setting, while personal training is one-on-one, customized, and scheduled around you. Many of our members do both for optimal results!

5. Can I try a class before signing up?

Yes! If you’re curious about group training, we offer a free trial class—usually on a Thursday, since that day features less technical lifting and is ideal for beginners.

Not at all! We work with people at all levels—from total beginners to former athletes. Our coaches will meet you where you’re at and help you build from there.

It’s not just about being open all the time—it’s about quality. Our facility is capped for 24/7 access members to avoid crowding, and it’s loaded with serious equipment, turf space, and recovery tools like an infrared sauna and ice bath.

8. How does the 24/7 access work?

You’ll use a secure app to unlock the gym doors any time you’re within five feet of the entrance. Every entry is tracked, and only active members have access.

9. What’s an InBody scan, and how do I use it?

The InBody scan gives you a detailed breakdown of body composition—including muscle mass, fat percentage, and more. It’s used in our nutrition coaching program and available as an add-on if you just want to track your progress.

10. Do you offer training for kids or teens?
