Our group training has roots in CrossFit, and includes familiar elements like Olympic lifting, strength cycles, and conditioning. We don’t label it CrossFit because we’ve built our own structured, coach-led approach that prioritizes quality, consistency, and real progress.

You’ll use a secure app to unlock the gym doors any time you’re within five feet of the entrance. Every entry is tracked, and only active members have access.
The InBody scan gives you a detailed breakdown of body composition—including muscle mass, fat percentage, and more. It’s used in our nutrition coaching program and available as an add-on if you just want to track your progress.
